I managed Tripleseat Event Software to streamline event operations and keep everything organized. Production Stage & Project Manager - Seaworld San Antonio
Orchestrated weekly production meetings, managed rehearsal and installation schedules, and oversaw daily event operations for 15 theatrical performances as well as park-wide events and festivals. In addition to coordinating and supervising contractors on-site, I produced calling scripts, track sheets, and standard operating procedures to ensure both venue safety and show quality were consistently upheld to the highest standards. I worked closely with multiple departments to align efforts and successfully achieve our business goals. To further enhance efficiency, I also overhauled the training procedures for stage managers, ensuring they reflected updated company policies and best practices.

Touring Stage Manager - StarQuest Dance Competition
Directed both local and union crews during venue load-ins and load-outs, ensuring efficient transitions and minimal downtime. My responsibilities included managing stage setup, which involved laying the dance floor, installing scenic elements, setting up run lights, taping out sight lines, refocusing lighting instruments, and creating the overall performance lighting design. I also worked to maintain a fun and positive backstage atmosphere for 500-1000 performers, even in high-pressure and complex environments. Additionally, I led a touring team of over 15 crew members, coordinating all aspects of a live, unscripted dance competition show to ensure it ran seamlessly.

Production Stage & Event Manager - Busch Gardens Williamsburg
Supervised rehearsals, show operations, and daily event operations, including put-in rehearsals, brush-up rehearsals, and sign-off performances for multiple shows and event products. To ensure seamless management support, I cross-trained in five different performance venues, covering more than 10 show products. I was responsible for generating and distributing staffing schedules and daily rotations, while also managing labor budgets for a team of over 100 members. Additionally, I provided daily feedback to performers, technicians, and management, offering both creative notes and conducting progress evaluations. Beyond my primary duties as stage manager, I also handled tasks related to venue lighting procedures, including start-up routines, light board operation during performances, lighting troubleshooting, projection focus and alignment, and daily shutdown procedures.

Assistant Stage Manager & Coordinator - Virginia Arts Festival
Served as the Assistant Stage Manager for Kept: A Ghost Story, a world-premiere opera in one act, produced by The Duffy Institute for New Opera and the Virginia Arts Festival. In this role, I documented rehearsal processes and performance procedures to ensure a consistent artistic standard throughout the production. Additionally, I participated in the setup, operations, and teardown of a three-day, multi-stage outdoor music festival, contributing to the smooth execution of the event from start to finish.

Developed production and rehearsal calendars, ensuring deadlines were met for the creative team of designers and directors. I oversaw rehearsals and performances for various main stage productions, playing a key role in the smooth running of each show.
